Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Articles 5.01.2 and 8.07.1 of the Qikiqtani Inuit Association By-Law 5 and Article 14.1 and Appendix 1 of the QIA Financial Policies, that the following Extraordinary Resolutions will be proposed:

  • Direction to update Board honoraria by applying a cost-of-living adjustment to the monthly retainer and aligning meeting rates with Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI) rates.

at the Annual General Meeting on October 6th, 2026, in Iqaluit, Nunavut.
