Iqaluit, Nunavut, March 1, 2023 – The Qikiqtani Inuit Association (QIA) is inviting Inuit to submit proposals for the Qikiqtani Cultural Activities Program (QCAP) for the 2023-2024 fiscal year.

Individual Inuit and community groups from all Qikiqtani communities are invited to submit proposals for projects to run between April 17, 2023 and October 15, 2023.

QCAP funding is application based and provides funding for community-led projects that allow community members to participate in and learn traditional skills, such as, but not limited to sewing, harvesting, and on-the-land activities.

Applications can be completed online at https://www.qia.ca/qcap-application/, or with the help of your local CLO.
