Department of Finance Responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of operating the organization, payroll, budgeting, financial guidance to all departments.

Department of Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit & Engagement Advances Inuit priorities, , manages Inuit-led research and Inuit Qaujimajatuqangit in decision making and wildlife protection.

Department of Lands & Resource Management Responsible for the management of Inuit Owned Lands (IOL). This department manages land use applications, monitors activities and ensures development on IOL respects Inuit rights and environmental safeguards.

Department of Inuit Programs & Services Responsible for delivering social and cultural programs and initiatives which support the well-being of Inuit in Qikiqtani Region. This department works closely with communities to implement programs that reflect Inuit values, strengthen Inuit identity, engage youth and preserve the history and experiences of Inuit for cultural preservation.

Department of Marine & Wildlife Responsible for advancing the conservation economy in the Qikiqtani Region.  This department leads priority initiatives related to Environmental Stewardship, National Parks, National Wildlife and Marine Protected Areas, National Historic Areas and Protected Conservation Areas.
