QIA is Calling on all Inuit to update their Enrolment Information

Iqaluit, Nunavut –  February 18, 2022  The NTI enrolment card allows you to access important benefits entitled to you under the Nunavut Agreement.  This includes but is not limited to:

  • Nunavut Inuit Health Benefits
  • Elders Pension and Supports
  • Nunavut Inuit specific scholarships
  • Discounted Airfares with Northern Airlines
  • Registry and benefits for Inuit Owned Businesses under the Inuit Firm Registry
  • Community Harvesters Program
  • Other QIA led initiatives and programs

Each Community in Nunavut has a Community Enrolment Committee that reviews Enrolment applications – you cannot get your enrolment number issued in one day or one week, send in your application if:

  • You’ve gone through a name change
  • You’ve moved to a different community
  • You’ve recently had a child
  • You’ve adopted an Inuk child
  • A enrolled member has recently passed away
