Notice of Meeting Annual General Meeting of Members

 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 5.01.02 of the Qikiqtani Inuit Association By- Laws, of the Annual General Meeting of Members on October 8th, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. ET in Iqaluit.

In addition to the regular agenda this meeting will include Consideration of Two (2) Extraordinary Resolutions

  1. Approval of amendments to By-Law No.5 to convert the office of Vice-President to a full-time position; and
  2. Approval of consequential amendments to the QIA Financial Policies and QIA Executive Compensation Policy to reflect a full-time position for the office of Vice-President.
