Department of Finance
The primary role of the Finance Department is to:

Provide administrative support to other departments;

Ensure that the central filing system is current;

Ensure that corporate records are current;

Ensure that beneficiaries' inquiries or requests are forwarded to the appropriate department or individual;

Provide timely financial information;

Provide prudent financial advice;

Coordinate preparation of the annual budget;
-
Coordinate the annual audit;
-
Recommend financial policies and procedures; and
-
Maintain records and a filing system of information pertinent to the Finance Department
