Department of Finance

The primary role of the Finance Department is to:

  • Provide administrative support to other departments;
  • Ensure that the central filing system is current;
  • Ensure that corporate records are current;
  • Ensure that beneficiaries' inquiries or requests are forwarded to the appropriate department or individual;
  • Provide timely financial information;
  • Provide prudent financial advice;
  • Coordinate preparation of the annual budget;
  • Coordinate the annual audit;
  • Recommend financial policies and procedures; and
  • Maintain records and a filing system of information pertinent to the Finance Department
