Pursuant to the Election Regulations, Article 27 and as at 5:01 PM on Friday, November 16, 2012: I hereby, declare the following list of nominees as the Official List of Candidates for the 2012 QIA by‐election.

Ootook, Thomas

Voting will take place on December 10, 2012. Inuit who are Canadian citizens, 16 years of age or older and enrolled under the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement are eligible to vote in the upcoming election.
